Av. Arb. Hasan ÖNAL entered the legal profession after a 22-year career in the Turkish Air Force Command. He graduated from Anadolu University (Faculty of Business Administration) and Eastern Mediterranean University (Faculty of Law). He completed his legal internship at the Ankara Bar Association and, following the Basic Mediation Training he received at Hacettepe University Faculty of Law, was registered with the Ministry of Justice's registry of mediators. He also completed specialist mediation training in commercial, labor and consumer law at Ankara Social Sciences University.

 

The firm provides litigation and legal consultancy services in labor law, administrative and military personnel law, criminal law, family law, commercial law, insurance and traffic accidents, health law and medical malpractice, trademark and patent law, inheritance law, enforcement law and sports law. In sports law, he supports athletes, clubs and sports organizations in contract, disciplinary and arbitration matters and disputes; in voluntary and mandatory mediation, he aims to bring the parties to fast, settlement-based solutions.

 

Aviation law: Combining long-standing experience in the aviation sector with legal consultancy, the firm provides legal support in aviation law, including passenger rights, flight cancellation and delay compensation, baggage and international carriage disputes, airline and airport operations, civil aviation regulation, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV/drones), and compensation claims arising from aviation and military service.
